    0x8027025a error code help


    Console will turn on, but only display black, blank screen. If it does start up, the apps, games, or movies will "take too long to load" and pop up the error code (displayed in title). Tried the hard reset (both methods) and router reset.

    Yup! No code, at least I don't get any, sometimes the (0x8027025a) appears.

    Hey there -

    Sorry to hear about the issue. What games are you running into the issue with?

    If a power cycle didn't help, the next step would be to try to >>factory reset<< your console and see
    if it helps. Feel free to start with the option that lets you keep your games and apps but if that doesn't work, you'll want to try the full reset.
