0x80246002 when trying to download netflix

Discus and support 0x80246002 when trying to download netflix in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My netflix wouldn't load so I deleted it and downloaded it again.     0x80246002 when trying to download netflix


    My netflix wouldn't load so I deleted it and downloaded it again. However the download is stuck in the queue at 0% and giving me the error code 0x80246002. This error code doesn't appear in the 'error and status code search'. Anyone know how to remedy?

    Problems with Netflix app

    I have been trying to watch Netflix on my Xbox 360. It says Netflix needs an update, but when I try to download it I am logged out of Xbox live and it won't download.

    I just downloaded the new dashboard today... it wiped out my Netflix app and when I try to download it again, I'm now getting this error as well

    Hey there Wiggin! I understand you are having connection issues when trying to use Netflix, is that correct? Do you have issues when trying to play other games or using other apps? Do you get disconnected immediately after starting up Netflix, or during
    playback at random times?

    If you seem to have this issue only with Netflix, try deleting the app, clearing the system cache, restarting the console, and then downloading the app again.

    If this happens immediately when starting games or apps, you could try downloading your profile again to see if that clears it up. Let us know if either of these solutions help out, or what happens instead when you try. Thanks!

    Can you try to delete Netflix, clear system cache, restart the console, and re-download Netflix.
