it has been 4 days I can't sing in, I did everything I change my router my internet I remove my account I update Microsoft, still nothing

i feel like going back to sony.

Check
https://account.live.com/proofs/manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best

If all information is correct on that page also check the details and information at
http://account.microsoft.com if all is showing correct and up to date information. Double check that there are no issues whon at

http://account.microsoft.com/services

If all is correct on all those links try removing your profile from the console and depending on the console, clear cache and power cycle the console via the steps when searching on support.xbox.com. After the console has power cycled redownload the profile.
