    I turned on my xbox and recieved there is a problem with your update error message. i am part of the xbox preview program so i figured i got a bad down load. i performed a factory reset and now even though it says i connected to the internet i am still recieving this error message that there was a problem with the update and the error code is 0x801901f4 0x00000000 0x00000202 Same exact code as when i turned the xbox on initially. i know the xbox is connected to internet as before i did a factory reset it was updating succesfully diablo 2. As well during the factory reset it states i am connected to the internet.

    Solution please..

    Thanks for the reply! I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the error code 0x801901f4.

    If the problem persists, I'd recommend to try doing a
    soft factory reset of the console,
    Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out and let us know the results.

    Hello Dongqiang, we've been getting some similar occurrences on new generation consoles, and even doing a reset the noise didn't disappear, this could be something related to the Series S/X update.
