Can not sign into xbox one. Keep getting error code 0x80190005. No luck finding what this error is. Any one have any ideas?

What device are you trying to sign into? (Xbox/Windows 10)

I recommend to troubleshoot the network connection on the device. On the Xbox One, try using the resource,

“I need help with my Xbox One network connection”. For Windows 10, try this Connecting to Xbox Live from a PC.

Figured it out. Had to log into my Microsoft account on my computer. Said i needed to update my privacy settings. Clicked "looks good". Got back on console. Finally let me log in.

Tried the power cycle, no luck. I was able to remove my account but now it wont let me create a new account. The screen goes grey for a few seconds the right back to add account screen.

Whew, up and running. Thanks guy's. The soft reset did the trick. Now I am ready for Red Dead 2. Have a good one.
