I bought a 3 months gold live card and when I put it In my console it says this: "something went wrong. Give it another try or use the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp" so I tried again it didn't work said the same thing and I checked the site, my billing
info is right and it says I could be locked, but I never did anything bad ever plus this is my first ever card I bought for Xbox live plz help

http://billing.microsoft.com and log in to see your information and make any updates you need.
