    If your physical country and account region matches then you must contact support and work out the billing issue

    This only shows up on mismatched regions including billing options

    Also if recently did a region migrations you must wait till 90days for it to complete

    Also sometimes resignation to your actual region works too to avoid billing problems

    To get content and for the best experience with live your account region must reflect your actual region

    When I say region we mean country not continent and us foreign bases don't count as the us they are the host country they are hosted in

    Your locale has no bearing o. The error physical region and account region is the only one that count
