If the power cycle that maxen recommended didn't work, let's have you try
removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One console, then power cycle. If that doesn't work, the next step I'd suggest is to

factory reset your Xbox One (while keeping your games and apps) and seeing if that helps resolve the issue.

I am in the same situation and I tried power cycling, and it didn't work, I still can't open the xbox store
