    0x80131500 code and i can't access gold section of xbox store, have tried the hard reset and leaving unit off for 15 minutes and nothing, its been like this for last couple of weeks and can't find any help hopefully someone could shed some light on this
    issue?

    XBox One Microsoft Store throwing multiple codes

    It also gives me the code: 0x80131500 but that code isn’t a real code according to the website.

    OMG I just wanted to thank this community and especially to Gamergirl150001 because the second I read your post and also realized that you could do manual updates within My Games and Apps I finally saw a light and sure enough it actually worked. Once

    Thanks for the update. I understand you have a concern with doing a soft factory reset of the Xbox
    console.

    I recommend to try an ethernet cable network connection. This could be network related. Have you done a

    Detailed Network Statistic     test on the Xbox?

    If the issue persists, the soft factory reset will help refresh the operating system of the console. We recommend to choose
    Keep Games and Apps. This option will keep the games and apps on the console. You will be signed out your profiles on the Xbox. As long as you know your credentials everything will still be there.

    Try this out and let us know the results.
