    Hi, I tried to watch a movie that I bought on my Xbox One X. But I keep getting this error code 0x800c000b. I have reinstalled the Tv and Movie app, reset my router, deleted my profile, checked my network settings and it says everything is fine.

    Can anyone please help?.

    After six days, it's nice to have some action taken. I can now access some of my content that i I have paid for. But I can't seem to download any movies on my PC and Vivobook. Both of which are up to date with the lastest updates available.
