    I'm getting the error code 0x80073d55 when I try to open my OneGuide, and I'm having trouble finding any help, please advise on how to resolve this.

    Hello and good afternoon everyone , I have notice over the weekend when I press the home screen button on my controller this error message pops up 0x80073d55 , It can view any of my games now I can play any games I just cant view any game in my library
    nor can I get any access to my my apps , like twitch and youtube or my amazon account , can anyone help me ?

    You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

    If that doesn't work you might want to take it back and exchange it since it is a new purchase.

    Thank you for your quick feedback. But the problem is the App "Blu-ray Player". The App is not running. The App doesn't start.....the code pops up immediately.

    I can install games via disc, but I can not run Video/Audio discs using the app "blu-ray player".

    It worked before.

    Any others idea? Is there an alternative app available?
