0x80073D22 - Installing to D drive

Any time I try to install a game or app to my D drive I get the following error.

I get that I can change where it is saved to, but I WANT to install it onto my D drive as my C drive is full and I have 4TB of space I am unable to use on my D drive.

Is there a way to change settings of my drive to allow this, because most other people seem to have no problem downloading games to the drive they like.

Yeah, I've got "show all folders, files, and drives" selected; the only things in there at the moment are:
User

DeliveryOptimization

Program Files

WindowsApps

Try this please, go to disk D: using File explorer and look for a folder named "WpSystem" (If that folder isn't there, then this solution will probably not help you)

(it is located at the same tree level as "Program Files")

Delete or rename the WpSystem folder

Ok, just as a test, install on C, let me know if you are able to do that, if this works try to move after installing to D, To do this, head to Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Click an app and click the “Move” button. You'll be prompted to select another drive, and you can then click “Move” to move the app to that drive. If you see a “Modify” button instead of a move button, you've selected a traditional desktop app.
