0x80073d21 download error

I'm using XBOX game pass and playing Residen Evil 7, installed on disk X, not system disk.

When i try to install free DLC setting the installation path on disk X, the 0x80073d21 error occurs.

I tried to change the window store's installation path, clear the store cache and etc, but nothing works.

I want to install my DLC and how can i do it?

I tried to do what you said, but it doesn't work. When I try to install anything the error code 0x80073d21 apears.

Hello,

Regarding error 0x80073D21 make sure that the drive where your Windows OS is installed is set up as the option by default for games and DLC for what you are trying to download.

If you could elaborate and tell me what game/DLC is I can try to replicate it on my PC

This is just going to be one of things Microsoft will have to iron out before the app launches. I've only downloaded 3-5 games so far and the only one that this error comes up for is Everspace. I'm sure others will have the same issue.

by the way, I just figured how to move my xbox beta app to my the new drive and I'm still having the same issue... so frustrating!

Ok Ezra, there has to be a fix for this. I am having the same issue. How do you install the beta application to another drive if it doesn't give you the option to choose? It just starts installing automatically. I've tried everything. Changing my storage
settings, restarting my pc, changing them back and then back again... nothing. I'm sick of these issues. We need a fix ASAP!!
