0x80073CF3 Error message when downloading a game from Xbox App on my Secondary PC

Hello,

So I bought PC pass and on my main PC every thing was working fine, I was able to install Doom Eternal and Octopath Traveler.

However, when I tried to download them on my secondary PC (gaming laptop) For the FIRST time, I get 0x80073CF3 error. However, I can download any other game that was not downloaded on my main PC.

I posted this issue yesterday (see the link below) and the only solution was to wait, as it is a temporary problem and it will solve itself, but it has been almost 24 hours since I encountered the problem and I still get the error message.

Wait a few minutes and try that again. The update failed.

This means that there’s already an existing version of the game on your console or Windows 10 device.

if microsoft's solution doesn't solve it, try this

Follow these steps:

Select the Start button in the lower left corner of the main screen and select Settings.

Select Update and Security > Check for Updates.

Select View optional updates, then select update KB5004476 from the list.

Select Download and Install.

When the update is complete, restart the device.

You should now be able to install, update and launch games.

Are you still in trouble?

Create a notepad file with the following name:

"RepairGamingServices.ps1"

inside the file paste this text (if quotes):

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices" -recurse

Then, to run, right-click on the file, and run as administrator. then restart windows. then you need to open the Xbox app from Windows 10 that will be warning you that you need to install an extra component for the app, accept and wait for the installation. After that, Microsoft guarantees that you will be able to reopen and download Xbox Game Pass games on Windows 10.

I was able to solve the issue with updating windows 10 to the latest version with "Feature update to Windows 10, version 21H2"

Unfortunately this did not solve the issue.

Keep in mind that I was able to download games that I have never downloaded in my other PC, it's only games where I've downloaded in my other PC that I cannot download on my laptop.

It has been 3 hours and I'm still getting the same error, is there really no solution for this?
