    I'm trying to download Octopath Traveler and doom eternal after I bought PC pass but the game won't download and the following error appears: 0x80073CF3 The update failed.

    I was able to solve the issue with updating windows 10 to the latest version with "Feature update to Windows 10, version 21H2"

    Unfortunately this did not solve the issue.

    Keep in mind that I was able to download games that I have never downloaded in my other PC, it's only games where I've downloaded in my other PC that I cannot download on my laptop.

    If you are using the same hard drive could b,e but if not it's probably a temporary issue

    Thanks for the reply Ricardo,

    The problem is that I did not install the games on my laptop, where I have the problem.

    But I have them installed on another PC. would that be cause of the problem?
