    I have been unable to open Microsoft movies and TV for for 5 days and this is the error message I get all I want to do is watch my God damn Family Guy and Suicide Squad which just came out on digital ****

    Xbox One Upload app not opening

    Anyone know how to fix the issue? Everytime I try to open the upload app a message pops up saying something went wrong to complete your installation first cancel it. then try installing again. for detailed instructions, select help

    Can't watch TV on xbox (hulu,Netflix) so I try popping in a disc movie...can't even watch that because "blue ray app" isn't a disc.

    HDR blanked out in settings?

    Funny I have lg65uf8600 also with uhd deep color. My xbox one s says the same thing. Go back and select hdr to enable but is blanked out. I called LG who said that my TV doesn't support hdr. The only problem with that is if I go to the Netflix app on my
    TV and go to the movie The Ridiculous 6 and hit play my TV pops up a message (HDR ON). Then I exit the movie and it say (HDR OFF). I wish Microsoft would just let us select the boxes so if the TV picks up the signal it'll work. If it doesn't then we can turn
    it off. No need to over complicate things.

    If you visit the Movies & TV app, press the menu button and select "Restore my purchases" from the menu that pops up. Once you restore your purchases your Movies & TV collection should refresh with all of the bonus content. Let us know if that helps :)
