Had the same issue here in Canada after recent updates and system crashing. Everything seems to work fine except for accessing content in the store e.g. Games with gold.

I followed Solution 2 as suggested by FreakRoach. Note: step f. Select Test Network connection. Will just tell you whether
you are connected to the internet or not; not give you packet loss information. You will have to go to
Detailed network statistics to see that information. But hold off on that and try a hard reboot if you haven't already (holding down the Xbox button on front of console until the system shuts down, then turn system back on); this worked for
me.

It did not work. The problem is not in the internet. Try more than one way to solve a problem such as shredding the device completely, but without benefit error code 0x80072EE7
