    I bought the digital movie Captain America: Civil War with Bonus Features but received the version of the movie without the Bonus Features

    Hi dgsearle!

    Are you attempting to view the content within the movie or through the video store? The bonus content is separate from the video. You would have to select it from the store page rather than the movie.

    Backup movies bought on XBOX?

    Strange, when you buy a movie it states on the right side: "movie will not be able to stream or download after 1/1/2014, to make sure you get the movie, download before 1/1/2014" so even if i do have the movie stored on my HDD, I would be unable to play
    the movie? Kind of defeats the purpose of purchasing the movie.
