0x80072ee2 error code when trying to create a group in xbox one

Discus and support 0x80072ee2 error code when trying to create a group in xbox one in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; As title. Did anyone have this issue?     As title.

    Did anyone have this issue? It's been a long time for me, and it's still not fixed.

    Xbox Accessories app download error

    Getting the error 0x80072EE2 when trying to download the 'Xbox Accessories' app in order to upgrade the firmware on the One S controller. Is it region locked or something?

    0x8923180B Windows 10 xbox app error

    currently keeps prompting the error code when im trying to create a group or join one. I have open my NAT type and i have firewall on and xbox background apps on. So idk what else to troubleshoot. any help or ideas thanks

    I have checked the support pages, but it still cannot fix my problem.

    Anyway, I've checked with other players in China, they also have the same problem.

    And one guy who has the technical background tried to analyze the root cause, he found that the address "eplists.xboxlive.com" is not resolved correctly, the returned IP address is not the expected one.

    For example, the returned IP addresses are as below:

    2600:1417:76:28a::57

    2600:1417:76:28b::57

    23.59.90.64

    184.30.224.113

    23.42.80.113

    23.67.160.113

    23.59.90.64

    184.29.32.15

    69.192.200.130

    23.76.206.7

    23.47.128.113

    But the what we really need are the follows:

    20.36.222.89

    52.151.63.111

    52.176.156.131

    So we cannot add the games in the created groups. And always received the error message "0x80072ee2".

    This issue might occur only in China. If you're the engineer from Microsoft, please help escalate the issue to the upper level ones. The problem could happen in the CDN certificate or the DNS is configured
    incorrectly by Microsoft.
