Has this issue been resolved? i tried to look up the error code (https://support.xbox.com/en-us/error-code-lookup?code=0x80070bfa) but it does
not bring anything up, the one thing you could try is a hard reset/ power cylce (hold down the power button till the xbox turns off and then turn it on again) this might help clear any cache that was stored and hopefully fix the issue.
