If you are getting this error code on xbox one I suggest trying to do a
power cycle if that doesn't fix it. re downloading your gamertag would help resolve it

You could start by disconnecting any other hardware connected to the Xbox (Hard drives, cameras, etc.) doing a hard reset (press and hold power button on console for about 10 seconds, then power it back on) to see if it clears it up. If it doesn't, when are
