I have an oculus that came with this controller.

I can get it to ONLY work on the menus not in the games or VR apps.

TOLD by MS to install MS Accessories.. and I did..

BUT the cable is connected or not, or if I sync and use the dongle it came with I get this :

I rebooted, and installed the dongle.. and I get this.. and it comes and goes.

NOTE before you comment with a canned reply.. I tried all the ****ignorant comments your support has made in other posts. TO no avail.

I WILL NOT do a reinstall of my entire operating system as from previous experience in similar matters THAT WONT HELP..

Not this does it hard wired in or not.. !

Sorry, you are having troubles. This one will take some iterations to solve so please bear with us.

You are having a network connection issue. From what you describe it seems the issue is when the system. Is going out to get check on updates (which you may need), it is having a problem. That could be as obtuse as a DNS issue or that the firmware ID does
not have an associated depository so we-don't-know-what-you-are-asking-about response is given (or not).

Can you please list more details about the controller, like model details and firmware ID? With that information, we can help further.
