Hi there,

please try the following steps:

1. Uninstall the game

2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

3. Download and install something else from the store, like a demo or demos, to be sure try to download items that are close to the same size (in total) as the game

4. Try to launch a demo to see if it works

5. Download/Install Subnautica again and try to see if it starts

Ive downloaded several games in simular size as subnautica since Ive had this issue, I tried doing a hard reset to see if it would help, with no luck, Ive tried deleting subnautica off of my xbox and redownloading it again, several times, it downloads until
it gets to 90.5% 6.66GB of 7.35GB then stops, I try to delete the game, but Im not sure if its actually deleting because my indicated HDD space does not show a increase in storage capacity?

Ive done a factory reset that keeps the games and apps on HDD to see if it gets resolved and no luck, the only thing I havent tried as of yet, is a factory reset that deletes everything off of the HDD, Im trying not to do that yet, because I have several
huge games that is on my HDD

are you using an external HDD? If yes, I suggest you to stop the installation process, unplug it, power cycle the console and retry to install the game in the internal drive.

The reason for the specific sequence of steps I mentioned is to make sure cache is cleared after the game was uninstalled and that it will be installed to a different section of the hard drive. Sometimes doing these steps will fix any previous download/install
issues for a game.

So if you haven't done it via those exact steps in that sequence, then I do advise trying it, it might fix the issue.
