    ( 0x80070570 ) Game won't install because it says it is corrupt


    I tried to reinstall Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War after it went on a service alert, and now when I try to install it, the installation stops instantly, and when I go to see why, it says, "The item you're trying to use appears to be corrupt. Try uninstalling
    and reinstalling it" even tough the item is in my queue.

    My fortnite has corrupted and won't reinstall.

    It says that it can't be launched and that the item is corrupt. Try uninstalling and reinstalling. Followed by the code (0x80070570), immediately after trying to install.

    The game is digital, not on a disc.

    My Xbox just refuses to redownload it saying it's corrupt even though I have deleted all the game data off my console.

    Since the fixes mentioned above do not recover the corrupted file, you must remove the corrupted file from the game. from Xbox storage. This will prevent other content from being damaged due to those corrupted files.

    If you have already done these steps, let me know.
