0x80070570 error code

so halowars 2 decided to update. Then it just sat at 0% then said "installation stopped" I kept trying and trying to restart it. So then it tells me "the file may be corrupted try uninstalling and reinstalling it again" so I uninstalled it thinking I only
uninstalled the update which I went into MY GAMES that is currently installed and I pressed "A" to play halo wars 2 then it takes me to the Xbox store tellin game me to install the whole game again. So I tried that then it says "installing" sitting at 0% and
on the left side of the screen It goes back and forth saying "installing" And "queued" then it says "installation stopped" immediately. I've downloaded 9 other items. Mortal kombat characters to be exact along with halo wars 2 after that. And it still said
"installation stopped" I don't know what to do. Ive restarted my console from the side menu and nothing's changed. Btw halo wars 2 is a digital copy not on disc

I am having the exact same problem with halo wars 2. I own the digital copy as well and have tried the full system reboot with unplugging cords and it still has no worked. When I got the corrupted message I uninstalled the game and all the add ons I
have. I was able to reinstall all the add on's just fine but the actual game will not install. It follows the same behavior OP posted to the letter.

Sorry to hear you're having troubles with Halo Wars 2. If you're still having issues, let's have you uninstall the game once more, then perform a power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. Once you power up your Xbox One, try installing
the game once more to see if that helps.

 

My update got to 37% and stopped. I can't uninstall the game, install on a different hard drive, or even change the queued downloads anymore. I'm at the point that I haven't been able to update any game for a couple of days since I started the Halo Wars
2 update.

 

I am having the same problem and I have tried those things and nothing has worked?
