    When im try signing into a account on m xbox the messenger keep saying that "you'll need the Internet for this

    It doesn't look like you're connected to the Internet. Check your connection again." But when im check it connected and im try restart my xbox 20 time and try just waiting a little but still don't work.

    The problem could also be with your router. You may want to try resetting your router/modem and see if that resolves the problem.

    Have you tried running the network tests under the Xbox settings? If you go to All Settings->Network->Network Settings and then select Test network.
