Yesterday I was playing normally with my Xbox One, but today I could not connect my console to the internet, it pops something like an error code: 0x800704cf

Help, I do not know what to do anymore, I tried to restart the Xbox One, restart the internet router... But sadly it was worthless.

The error persists.

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
Reset and keep my games & apps.
Power cycle your console

Hi!

If the console is connected to WiFi, check that the console is correctly connected to the network (Settings->All Settings->Network->Network settings->Setup wireless network).

If it doesn't work, try holding down the power button for 10 secs and try connecting again. Let us know!

Hey SethFlower when error 0x800704cf is shown its with network. Holding down the power button on your Xbox One controller then chose restart console should help. Or try re starting your router then re connect it to
your Xbox.
