I restarted my xbox and router, did not help. Tried looking up problem fixes from microsoft, doesnt work. What do i need to do? I paid my bill and everything so why wont xbox let me play? My desk top works fine, my phone connects to tue wifi just fine,
but my xbox, it wont even pick up a signal of wifi? Nothing has changed since i last played?

Ima look into getting an ethernet cable, thank you for the quick help/recomendation, i appreciate it

Hi!

How far is the console from the router? It is likely that the signal does not reach the console sufficiently. However, it's advisable to connect the console with an ethernet cable, so as to have a stable connection as opposed to WiFi.

I disconnected the power cord and waited a minute then re tried and it worked
