0x80070490 error on XBOX ONE

So I got that error and whenever I try to close it, it pops up again. When I try to go to "support" it opens it up again. I tried to reboot about 30 times.

Is it something that is happening because of "preview member" thing?

I can't even get to the home screen on my xbox one. I get this error every time: 0x80070490

0x80070490 this error code occurs as soon as I switch the xbox one s on and I get it not away

When are you running into this error code? Is it when you launch a specific game or app? If so, which one? When you say you've rebooted your console, are you referring to a

power cycle or just a simple off/on? Is your console connected to your internet wirelessly or wired?

No when I open the console, it gives me that message of error. I do not do anything, since I can't. I power up the xbox, the xbox one loading screen shows, then it closes and that message appears. When I click "close" it opens it up again. when I click "report
a problem" it opens it up again. My xbox is wireless to the internet. And yes I did a power cycle. I even unplugged every single connection to the xbox for a full day, and yet it still shows me the error code 0x80070490

 

Can you try connecting your console to the internet via Ethernet cable to see if that helps? If it doesn't, or you're unable, I'd recommend trying a

factory reset of your console. You can keep your games and apps when you do that.

So I tried. I still get the same error code. Also, I can't do the factory reset as shown here Rétablir les paramètres d'usine de la console Xbox One
because if I press the xbox button on the controller, its just the error message that pops up, So whatever I do I'm stuck on that error screen and can't get out of it at all.

Alright, that's not ideal. I would suggest trying to factory reset using the
offline system update on a USB flash drive.

If that doesn't help, you'll want to post over on the
preview program forums to see if they have any other ideas.
