    I'm sorry you are experiencing issues updating games.

    If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a few questions:

    - May I ask which Xbox model you are using?

    - Are there any external storage units plugged into your console?

    - The factory reset you performed, was it done by keeping games and apps, or by removing everything?

    - Could you go to Settings > General > Network Settings, and let me know what you see under "Current network status"?

    - In addition to 0x8007045d, do you see "Installation stopped" in your queue?

    Live Connection Issue

    Have you completely reset the xbox back to factory settings? Usually this error is a download error where the connection may have possibly dropped just enough to cause an error in the download and then not work on your xbox but may still register as an update.
    Resetting the xbox back to factory usually will take back the update and try to re-download it

    Make sure you are not unable to play games with 18 restrictions because you are on a child account...if you are on one, resetting your xbox to factory settings wont fix it, you will sign back on and have the same issues.
