0x8007045d Error when downloading any games on XBOX one X internal Harddrive

No external Harddrive, have been wanting to get one for a while, may have to get one to play anything. As it stands I cannot download anything to the internal harddrive

sorry to hear and sorry to say: Error code 0x8007045d appears on Windows if a disk cannot be accessed (and the XBOX One is something like Windows). This is an input/output device error (I/O error) that indicates that there is already a defect in the disk
or that it will occur soon.
So you should check if your console is still on warranty and you can start the repair order there also.
