    I’ve tried literally everything from disconnecting internet, reinstalling games, power cycling the Xbox, unplugging the Xbox and praying. I keep getting this for games that I own and there’s nothing I can find that indicates what the problem is. Call wait time was 21 hours so I thought id ask here.

    Same issue here. Error Code 0x8007023e on all donwloaded games. Games with CDs working fine.

    You can try doing this later Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

    Apparently the Xbox network is down and their engineers are trying to fix the issue

    Cloud gaming and digital games are not able to play

    Don't ask me why digital games aren't working either though as I have offline only digital downloaded games that should work regardless of the Xbox network.

    In short if you want to play on your Xbox right now it needs to be a game you have the Disc for.
