0x80070199 After restoring Forza Motorsport 7 Acronis True Image Backup?

I got it to work on my Ryzen PC but not my Opteron PC. I took ownership of D:\WindowsApps where I restored the game files to, then restored the game folders & I get this error when trying to reinstall the game. If I restore to C:\Program Files\WindowsApps, it works fine. It's the D:\WindowsApps which gives issues.

Hello chris189, this error occurs when trying to delete or rename a folder. The error’s main cause is the corruption of the file system. The folder is not empty error can also be related to permission settings.

It's fixed. Just had to change the owner of D:\WindowsApps to TrustedInstaller & it installed the game from my recovered Acronis True Image backup. I hope this helps others in the future.

i have used acronis to completely backup the drive, sector by sector. have restored from that and worked ok.
