Discus and support 0x8007010b error in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When I turn on my Xbox it won't load anything gives me an error 0X8007010b. No help on Xbox.com/errorhelp.     When I turn on my Xbox it won't load anything gives me an error 0X8007010b. No help on Xbox.com/errorhelp. Says press menu, does nothing, can't get to help or settings. Any suggestions?

    keep trying to play a DVD and this message pops up saying error code 0x8007010b and to enter it at Xbox support but Xbox says no code exists

    Hey there, Plush!

    I'm sorry to see any issues with the console booting up! If holding the power button down for 8 seconds for a hard reset doesn't sort you out, we'll need to factory reset your console following these steps.

    1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
    2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
    3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
    4. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.
    5. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
    6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone (sometimes we suggest waiting for a third chime if two do not work).
    After that, select "Reset" to get your factory reset options. I suggest removing games & apps, as this sounds like an OS issue. Let me know how it goes!

    I have had the same issue before i factory reset mine today yet i just got the same code as I download Hulu and try to run it on a fresh drive. This is very annoying

    First, try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Hey coolie31! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? I would suggest starting by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds and then give it another shot. Post back and let me know!
