0x80070102 black screen

Yesterday I got the 0x80070102 error code, I looked it up and it said to turn the xbox off and on again, I tried this, and its still not working. The only way I can play a game is to force the xbox into playing it by inserting the disk.

The error is like this: I load up my xbox, and there's no home screen, just full black. I sign in using the thing that comes up when you double-press the home button. When I load up a video on the game DVR it plays normally, but there's also a notification
sound being spammed at a very high volume.

It actually is as if there is NO home screen, if I press the xbox button once, which would normally switch to the home screen, it does nothing.

Any help on this would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi,

When I want to start a game, I can't do it and I receive an message error 0x80070102.

When I press the XBOX button, my screen becomes black and I can't do anything.

If I press the XBOX for approximately 2 seconds, I have a menu where I can normally switch off my xbox one or my controller but in fact the window is blocked..

Can someone help me?

 

For some reason Home has taken too long to start (0x8027025a)

Every time I turn on my console it gets stuck on the green loading screen for about 5 minutes, then it goes black for about another 5 minutes and I get this message. Sometimes it says oops something went wrong, with the error code 0x80070102. Sometimes there's
nothing but a black screen.

It was working perfectly fine earlier, took a 2 hour break but now this keeps happening. There's been no system update today as far as I'm aware, which I think is what normally causes this problem. Does anyone know how the hell to fix this!?

The problem with the noise with the game DVR was due to a jammed controller button, but the rest of the errors remain the same.

 

Ignore this thread! I was so stupid, I didn't realise that restarting your console and turning it off and on again did two driffent things.

 

I get the same code when I try to sign in did u get yrs work'n? Cuz mine aint work'n for me yet I tried everything and nothing has changed

Can ya help me out?

Support only tells me keep try'n or send it in...

 

Me to Xbox support said it needs to be repaired it's some internal fault

 

My main account works fine but i try to sign my sons account in and comes up with this error so i try to make a new account and it comes with this error it wont even let me log it in as teh primary but my account logs in fine and plays fine... he is mad
he lost all his progress and also cant play any games with me
