0x800700B7 Xbox update error

Hello,

I have had enough of trying so many different methods and looking around for answers, so I am here

When I am trying to update the xbox app on PC (Windows 10) the update fails and shows this error - 0x800700B7

I have tried so many methods to try and sort it, and nothing works, I have used media creation tool to repair windows - nothing

Clear store cache - nothing

resetting the xbox app - nothing

used many commands - nothing

I try to open the xbox console companion and it crashes instantly

I open Forza Horizon 4 and it says I need to sign in to continue, and I have no idea why it is saying this

So I have plenty of space, and I have no idea why it is saying this

If you see error code 0x8007007B and the message, “The drive for download is not available, please fix the volume and try again,” when you try to install a game or update the Xbox app for PC , this means that either it couldn’t locate the drive on which you originally installed the game, or that you don’t have enough storage space to install the game.
To fix this error, choose a new storage device on which to reinstall the game, or free up enough space on your Windows device’s hard drive to reinstall the game.

Yes, but when using the error code look up tool nothing comes up for the error code I'm getting, 0x800700b7.

did the full reset (after backup)
after reset and reconfigure (from backup) some games again not starting with that error 0x800700b7
