0x8007007E Error When Installing AOE4

I've been trying to install AOE4 the past several days, and I constantly receive an error (0x8007007e). Upon retrying the install it instantly stops and gives the error prompt again, and upon cancelling the install, it disappears from the download que. However, upon navigating back to the store page for AOE4, instead of giving me the option to install the game, it still says there was an error installing the game and acts as though I had never cancelled it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I have tried repairing and resetting it, and I am at a loss as to what to do.

Open Accounts

Click Sign-in Options

Scroll down to Privacy

Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

Restart your PC

I have the same issue. First gaming services was making a mess, but it seems like it has resolved now and I can use the Xbox app and install and run games there, except for AoE4.

AoE4 is still stuck in an installation loop, and I can't properly reset, cancel or fix it.

Same error code that is mentioned.

Well my problem solved itself it seems. I am able to install AOE4 and FH5 now. Thanks
