    Hello,

    1) My console fails to update games or install apps with the same error code - 0x80070011 . I found out it stands for Microsoft OS files corruption. How to fix it? There are no instructions at the error help page for this code.

    2) The achievements (events) are not counted when playing offline. And they do not appear later when launching the game being online connected to Xbox live. For instanse I can't play Dark Souls 3 online at the moment because the game tries to update and
    fails, I have to turn off the wifi connection to launch the game.

    I'm using the console just for a month or so and I do not like how my usage experience starts.

    Can not connect after update

    there is no NAT in the advanced menu (or anywhere else) , the only reference to NAT is in info and it just says N/A

    same here can't do ANYTHING.. it says to type the code in on Xbox.com/errorhelp but that does nothing. It doesn't know the code or something. Any solutions anyone? Not much info on this anywhere online.

    I have the exact same problem except it gives me error 0x80070011 which I can't find anywhere when I search for it.
