    Every time I try to use the store or get a game through EA access I get the above error code. I have tied all the fixes on the support site. I've removed my profile. I have reset the console. Cleared cache and even been on online support. Nothing is working.
    I can play online fine and use Netflix etc I just can access the store

    Try to download Vampyr for example and you'll see error 0x80070005 .

    You can't play metro for this error
