0x80070005 error when launching a Bluray on Xbone.

This has only started showing up since the most recent UI update.

Steps to reproduce:

- Logged out of Xbox Live

- Put Bluray into drive to start the Xbone

- Wait for main Xbone menu to open

- No autostart... (annoying bug as well)

- Launch Bluray app

- Error message appears

To fix it, I have to manually eject the disc (and the drive makes several seconds worth of seeking sounds) then put it back in. After that it autostarts fine.

Would be good to have that UX fixed so that autostart works, especially when a disc is used to turn the console on.

options left. You can perform a
full factory reset on your console. Before going that route, you may want to consider

requesting assistance from the developers as well.

Also sits trying to open the app for a while, then displays a 0x80820002 error asking me to restart the app. The disc seems to be seeking in the drive as well.

But doing so doesn't fix it.

Manually ejecting / putting the disc back in does.

Since the update I haven't had a single disc launch correctly. Ever. Not a great experience.

Is anyone even monitoring these forums?

 

OK, and now I'm also getting a 0x8027025a error now. Even though I'm not even signed in.

Is this thing on?
