    0x80070002 preview update can't do much


    I'm in the preview update program. After my console updated I've had trouble and I haven't even been able to get to the home screen. I have power cycled many times but I still keep getting the same error message. Any help would be appreciated

    yup, did it to me on a 3 month card as well. this sucks. Update Error: 0x80070002 0x00000000 0x00000401. Someone help!

    The only time I have seen a 360 error on the One is when it had to do with a preview update, which is why I assumed they are in the preview program. If you are in the preview program and can't access the preview forums, you'll want to create a new post asking

    Sadly this sort of stuff is to be expected with Preview updates as they are prone to being buggy. There is not much else you can do except leave the program.
