I have this same error code, and can’t find anything on it. It’s the forst time I’ve had a chance to play all week, and now this. Smh.

 

im having the same issue has anyone tried to hold in the power button to shut it off and have it restart im about to try it ill let u all know if it works

 

I just restarted and it gave me the same code again...

 

i have tries restarting as well nothing worked and my internet connection is fine. I also cant find anything on this error code so i have no idea why i cant log in. My xbox live subscription is still good and all my security settings are updated

I've tried restarting modem, restarting xbox too...no luck??

 

same code here. I have literally tried everything from hard reset, to restarting my router. nothing works

 

same here i even reset using the system menu and down to restart console and still same thing won't sign in even tried a second account as well and yet go to see if anything is up on Xbox live service and nothing showing any issue's.

 

I have the same issue. Tried most of the solutions to normally try and no luck.

 

Just saw on the Xbox assist app that they are aware of sign in issues and are working to fix it.

 

live is down for most ppl. they updated the service page just a few sec ago

 

Any idea when it will be back up?

 

They bogus i need one extra xbox live day on god
