having the same problem cant sign in to either of my accounts

 

I am having the same issue however all the other profiles on my xbox work

 

I am having the same issue, I have searched the code and nothing pops up, and trying to talk to a support rep is going to be pointless as there are almost 800 people in line. Anyone have any idea on whats going on. Both my PC and Console are saying all
services are active.

 

the one day I have off and want to play of course is the day this happens. The last time I had an issue with xbox it was out for half the week and it deleted all my stuff so I had to restart my games from the beginning.

 

I got onto xbox to play a game with one of my friends and I couldn’t sign into my xbox profile. I kept getting that exact same error code. (0x800488FC) Searched it up on my computer doesnt exist. Tried retarting xbkx and unpluged my router for 30 seconds,
that didn’t work either. I tried signing into a different account, didnt work either. Then i tried deleting the account off my xbox and re adding it back onto my xbox. I got it off my xbox but then i cant even add it back on leaving me to another nonexistent
error code. Now theres nothing else to do but type this long paragraph about it because I tried everything. And nothing worked as usual. :/
