A. Please verify if Windows and all the gaming apps are up-to-date.

Check for Windows Updates:

Check for gaming apps updates:
Open the Microsoft Store app > click on “Library” > click on “Get Updates”.

C. Perform a clean boot in your PC, once restarted, try again.

Then, run the following command: (You may want to copy and paste the entire command)

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_. InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}.

This command can take a while to end, but when the process ends, you should be able to type in the PowerShell window.
After that, please restart your computer and try again.

E. Create a new local user on your PC. Then verify if you have the same outcome or not.

I can log into the account by web browser.

A. I'm up to date
B. Did not work, referred me to feedback hub, but I've submitted reports and I cannot log into feedback hub to track reports.

C. Tried, didn't see anything.

D. "Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_. InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}." didnt work
E. I can log into the account with that 2nd user.

Along with all this, I cannot log into the Xbox app either.

What exactly are you trying to do? Signing in to your profile or is it an error starting a game or anything else?

Without that information if will be hard to try and assist

And if i want to login in xbox it says Error: 0x80048820

Currently if I try to login to minecraft it gives me the error code 0x80048820, it still shows my old Account name tho, so it might be because this account is somehow gone.
