0x8004804E Error code, cant do anything on XBOX one

Bought my Xbox one last week, cant do anything with it. been able to play it succesfully maybe 3 times total. It wont sign me in or let me connect to multiiplayer at all, keep getting the same error code. Ive tried the hard reboot, changing NAT setting,
and just about everything else besides complaining on forums. ITs the same stuff that happened at the titanfall launch. Is the a problem on my end or MS's and is there anything that can be done to fix it? Somebody please put me out of my misery.

well , that's not good....how do you have it connected exactly?

 

I have an Ethernet cable plugged directly into it from my dorm room. Its also connected to my computer, 360, ps3 ect and they all work just fine. I tried using the wifi but that didn't work either.

 

I would try a different cable (the one you know is good to the 360 ) and a port you know is good (360 one) then I would do a hard reboot of the Xbox one (unplug for a minute or so) and go through the "setup wired network" again....if that fails I would call
support as something may be bad in there....

Sounds like a bad console im afraid , if you cant take it back where you bought it then you will have to phone support and start a ticket.....

 

mine just started giving me this error today, i've been using it since june...

 

Mine stopped doing this problem once I received faster internet speed. At home I've had zero problems so check your router and everything else as well

 

I have this problem right now and have experienced it about 5-8 times since xbox one launched. I have tried many things to fix it but it seems to go away on its own. I am very upset about this type of bug that MS allows to happen. If we could just sign in
without internet connection then this wouldn't be a problem. I have been playing on xbox consoles for over 10 years and stuck with them through the RROD but this is most likely a deal breaker for me. This is a big fail on Microsoft and they should fix it immediately.
Who want a gaming console that you can't play anything on? No body.
