    I have the same problem, it fires up let's me log in and on the home screen I'm stuck there no matter what I click on I get the code Listed above.. please help can't seem to find info on this error anywhere

    I’m having the same problem. I was uploading the Amazon Prime Video app when I received the error code. The Xbox error code help site does not recognize the error.

    I had the same problem I unplugged it from the back of the console for 24 hr and it worked after rebooting I am sure a 1/2 hour would do I have A.D.D and forgot about it. lol

    Same here... Turn on the console and all I get is that error code which isn't on the help page that it tells you to go to....

    Just found this and it works

    I fixed mine by physically holding down the XBox button on the console for 10 seconds while turning off and then turned back on. This does a power recycle to the system.

    I had the same problem too. I read some of the other comments below. Holding the power button down for 10 seconds to turn it off and then unplugging it and replugging it back in worked for me.

    Power cycle your xbox one. Just touch and hold your xbox one on button. It will clear the cache of the system and fix the error. If it does not then I recommend you call support you may need to send it in for service.

    Touch and hold the XBOX logo on your console for 10 seconds, even after it turns off. Then turn it back on, should show a the XBOX in a green screen. Hope this helps HAPPY GAMING!

    Restarting didn't work for me but pulling the plug and plugging it back in fixed the issue.

    Hold down the XBOX button on the front of the console for 10 seconds and it will hard reset. Much safer than unplugging the system. But yeah the hard reset worked for me. TWITCH was the only thing not working.
    Thank you this helped me out and it is better then just unplugging when it's on

    I have this error too with my xpox one. Powered it on and can't login to any accounts on it, can't go into settings as I get this error. Restarting does nothing, xbox.com/errorhelp knows nothing about 0x800401fb error. FANTASTIC!
