    Im getting 0x800401fb and i cannot seem to find any information on this error code. I can log in, but thats about it, it just starts to spew these messages no matter whatever i press it just posts this error in a popup and wont let me get any further.

    same here can't do ANYTHING.. it says to type the code in on Xbox.com/errorhelp but that does nothing. It doesn't know the code or something. Any solutions anyone? Not much info on this anywhere online.

    Restarting didn't work for me but pulling the plug and plugging it back in fixed the issue.

    Hold down the XBOX button on the front of the console for 10 seconds and it will hard reset. Much safer than unplugging the system. But yeah the hard reset worked for me. TWITCH was the only thing not working.
    Thank you this helped me out and it is better then just unplugging when it's on

    I have this error too with my xpox one. Powered it on and can't login to any accounts on it, can't go into settings as I get this error. Restarting does nothing, xbox.com/errorhelp knows nothing about 0x800401fb error. FANTASTIC!
