I'm having the same problem my Xbox won't let me do anything and I've tried restarting multiple times and half the time when it powers back on there is no picture just a blank grey screen but when I hit the menu button the menu pops up has anyone figured
out how to fix

 

Restarting didn't work for me but pulling the plug and plugging it back in fixed the issue.

Pull it form plug while its on keep it off or few minutes ant switch it on back, worked fine for me its like hard reset.

 

Hold down the XBOX button on the front of the console for 10 seconds and it will hard reset. Much safer than unplugging the system. But yeah the hard reset worked for me. TWITCH was the only thing not working.

 

I rarely play my Xbox and I turn it on to have this issue. Im really disappointed with my xbox one. It always seems to give me problems.

I did a reboot through settings and it fortunately worked. If it had not I would have been selling it on Craigslist.

I had the same error just after a failed attempt to update console; the solution was

1. Turn off

2. Unplugging power cord

3. Wait for 20 seconds

4. Reconnecting

5. Power on console

After that it started as usual, and the error disappeared
