    i keep getting the code 0x800401fb anytime i try and do anything. has anybody got any ideas on how to fix it because when i put the code into error codes it says there is no code found

    if you unplug for 30 seconds and replug it back in, it should work after that.

    Restarting didn't work for me but pulling the plug and plugging it back in fixed the issue.

    Hold down the XBOX button on the front of the console for 10 seconds and it will hard reset. Much safer than unplugging the system. But yeah the hard reset worked for me. TWITCH was the only thing not working.

    I have this error too with my xpox one. Powered it on and can't login to any accounts on it, can't go into settings as I get this error. Restarting does nothing, xbox.com/errorhelp knows nothing about 0x800401fb error. FANTASTIC!
