    Talk about pissed. The time when Xbox cared about the quality of their releases and support is long gone.

    Please try removing the power cord for 10 seconds and you may need to consider increasing external storage.

    Restarting didn't work for me but pulling the plug and plugging it back in fixed the issue.

    Hold down the XBOX button on the front of the console for 10 seconds and it will hard reset. Much safer than unplugging the system. But yeah the hard reset worked for me. TWITCH was the only thing not working.
    Thank you this helped me out and it is better then just unplugging when it's on

    I have this error too with my xpox one. Powered it on and can't login to any accounts on it, can't go into settings as I get this error. Restarting does nothing, xbox.com/errorhelp knows nothing about 0x800401fb error. FANTASTIC!
